What’s inside
A complete ministry workspace, built around how pastors serve.
Prepare every message
Move from Scripture and a central truth to a clear sermon outline or full working manuscript.
Plan the week
Keep preaching, worship services, follow-up, ministry tasks, and important dates in one rhythm.
Care for people
Organize pastoral care, guest follow-up, discipleship pathways, volunteers, and ministry records.
Teach and grow
Build Bible studies, strengthen biblical understanding, and prepare lessons for adults, youth, and families.
Find trusted resources
Use practical funeral, wedding, service, prayer, letter, and ministerial resources when the moment arrives.
Stay connected
Support healthy ministry through pastor connection, wellness tools, communication, and ministry reports.
Ready when ministry changes suddenly
The right starting point when people need you now.
A funeral call, hospital visit, wedding request, difficult conversation, or last-minute service change should not send you searching across the internet. Begin with a trusted structure, then shape it with your pastoral voice and judgment.
Pastor Compass helps you prepare. You remain the pastor.
