Your account and content
You are responsible for keeping your sign-in secure and for the ministry information you enter. You retain responsibility for reviewing, editing, and using any sermon, study, ceremony, or pastoral resource generated or saved here.
Pastoral judgment
Pastor Compass provides preparation aids, not pastoral, legal, medical, mental-health, or emergency advice. Verify Scripture, quotations, facts, denominational fit, local requirements, and safeguarding obligations before relying on or sharing material.
Membership plans and free trial
For eligible new accounts, the 14-day free trial starts at your first verified sign-in after email confirmation. No card is required and no charge occurs automatically at trial expiration. The trial includes sermon preparation, studies, planning, and ministry tools, with 5 AI sermon drafts total. AI Ministry Advisor requires a paid membership; Advisor AI generation is included only with Ministry Pro. Ministry Pro includes 30 Advisor conversations and 2 Advisor ministry plans per Eastern calendar month, plus up to 5 active goals. Advisor allowances are separate from sermon draft allowances. Access then pauses unless you explicitly choose Essentials ($9/month), Ministry Plus ($19/month, 20 AI drafts per billing month), or Ministry Pro ($29/month, 60 AI drafts per billing month) through Checkout. Subscriptions renew while active. AI allowances do not roll over; each generation or regeneration uses one allowance, while editing and saving use none. Failed generations return the allowance. Usage already consumed counts after a plan change within the same billing period. Saved AI drafts remain readable and editable on Essentials. Existing subscriptions retain their original terms. Your saved ministry work remains stored when access becomes inactive, subject to our data-retention and privacy terms.
Cancellation
You may cancel through Account settings or the Stripe billing portal. A paid subscription cancellation takes effect at the end of the already-paid period, and access continues through that date. Existing Stripe trials retain access to their trial end under their original terms.
Failed payments
If a recurring payment fails, the Account page will show that payment needs attention. You may use Manage membership to update your payment method. Stripe may retry collection according to the billing settings. Access or membership may be limited or ended if payment is not successfully recovered.
Availability
We may improve, change, or discontinue features. Keep your own backup of important work. We cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability or that every generated resource will be accurate or suitable for your ministry.
